Terms, made clear.

1. Using Jobslip

Jobslip (“we,” “us,” or “our”) provides tools to create and manage business documents, share them with customers, and collect approvals and signatures. By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you use Jobslip for a business, you must have authority to act for that business.

The iOS and iPadOS app is licensed under the Apple Standard End User License Agreement. These terms describe the related Jobslip service. Apple’s applicable terms govern App Store transactions, and mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

2. Accounts and responsible use

A saved Jobslip account is required to use the app. You may sign in with a supported Apple, Google, or email account. Provide accurate information and keep your account secure. You must be legally able to enter into the agreements you make through the service.

Use Jobslip only for lawful purposes. Do not impersonate another person, submit documents you are not authorized to use, forge signatures, send abusive or fraudulent content, interfere with service security, or try to bypass subscription or access controls.

Customers reviewing documents through a shared portal link do not need a Jobslip account. Protect shared links and do not access or sign documents intended for someone else.

3. Free trial and subscriptions

A trial begins only after you confirm the subscription with Apple. When the trial ends, your chosen subscription renews at its regular price unless canceled. If you are not eligible for a trial, the regular subscription terms shown by Apple apply. Access to the workspace requires an active trial or paid subscription; essential account management, export, and deletion options remain available after access expires.

Apple determines introductory-offer eligibility for your Apple Account and subscription group. Creating a different Jobslip account or reinstalling the app does not reset that eligibility. The Apple purchase confirmation shows your actual local price, billing period, eligibility, and terms.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled. Manage or cancel them in iPhone or iPad Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Jobslip. To avoid a charge after a free trial, Apple advises canceling at least 24 hours before it ends. Uninstalling Jobslip or deleting your account does not cancel your subscription. Restore an existing purchase using the Restore purchases option and the Apple Account used for the purchase. Apple handles App Store refund requests under its applicable policies and your consumer rights; learn how to request a refund.

4. Your documents, customers, and signatures

You retain your rights in the content you add. You authorize Jobslip and its service providers to store, process, display, transmit, and reproduce that content as needed to provide the features you use, including document creation, sharing, signing, and downloads.

You are responsible for the accuracy of your business details, prices, taxes, discounts, payment instructions, recipient details, and document terms, and for having permission to process information about other people. Review documents before sending them and keep copies of important records.

Jobslip is not a party to the work or payment agreement between a business and its customer. The sending business is responsible for the work, invoice amounts, payment arrangements, and disputes. Jobslip does not provide legal, accounting, or tax advice or guarantee that a particular document or signature satisfies every legal requirement.

When signing, review the document and consent information and sign only for yourself or with authority to represent the intended signer. Supporting documents may require separate field placement and confirmation. Completed files and signing records may be shared with the business that sent them.

Anyone with a shared link may be able to view its document experience, and recipients may retain or forward copies. Removing a link or deleting an account cannot recall copies already downloaded.

Recurring schedules prepare invoice drafts for review. You remain responsible for checking and sending them. Payment services linked by a business are provided under those services’ own terms.

5. Service availability and third parties

Some features require internet access, device permissions, or services supplied by Apple, Google, and other providers. Features can change, and interruptions or errors can occur. Keep an independent copy of records you need for your business.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the website and related online services are provided as available, without a guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation. Nothing in these terms excludes responsibilities or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. The app’s licensing, warranty, and liability provisions are addressed in the Apple Standard End User License Agreement linked above.

6. Ending your use

You can stop using Jobslip, cancel your subscription through Apple, and export or delete your account through the app. These are separate actions. See data and account instructions.

We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to address fraud, unlawful use, security risks, or a material breach of these terms. Where appropriate and permitted, we will provide notice or an opportunity to resolve the issue. Applicable consumer and data rights continue to apply.

7. Questions and updates

We may revise these terms as Jobslip develops. Updated terms will appear here with a revised date, and we will provide additional notice when required. Contact support@jobslip.app with questions about these terms or the service.
